Delivery
We strive to provide you with a seamless and prompt service. As such, any orders placed before the 2pm cut-off time are typically dispatched on the very same day from Monday through Friday. Delivery by our reliable shipping partners UPS and FedEx is usually accomplished within 1-2 days, though please note that weekend deliveries are an exception.
We apply a standard £3.98 shipping fee to all orders. However, we offer an exciting incentive for customers purchasing our non-discounted Vetfleece products. Any orders that include these items will have the shipping fee waived, thus providing you with free delivery for your entire order.
To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of your order, we request that you review and confirm the delivery address meticulously before finalizing your order. This step is crucial in helping us ensure your package is dispatched to the correct location without any unnecessary delays.
We are proud to offer our services to any address within the boundaries of the United Kingdom. Depending on the nature of your order, we utilize different shipping services. For smaller and lightweight packages, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which offers swift and reliable service. For larger or heavier orders, we partner with either UPS or FedEx, both renowned for their efficient delivery services. In certain cases, particularly for specific postcodes where conventional courier services may impose larger shipping costs for hefty orders, we may engage the services of EVRi to ensure the effective delivery of your orders.
All tracking information related to your order will be uploaded to your order at the end of each working day and you should receive an email to notify you of this.
UPS and FedEx parcels are usually delivered on the next working day, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and EVRi parcels are usually delivered in 2-3 days.
In an effort to prioritize your safety amidst the ongoing prevalence of COVID-19 in certain regions, our courier partners may continue to employ a contactless delivery method upon reaching your specified location. This strategic approach is carefully designed to minimize direct contact and thus reduce the potential risk of virus transmission.
